everyday it's You i live for

today was WOK NITE! coolness. haha. went to help out in the dining commons. fried dumplings and chicken. totally smelt of oil afterwards. but it was oh-so-fun!!!! we decorated the place in chinese deco..wrote chi caligraphy..played chi music.haha. and i helped in the serving line. did on-the-spot stir fry for the people! felt like iron chef. haha. loved it. miss chi food SO MUCH!!

just came back from shopping! at Walmart. just gettin basic necessities. and tons of food. so i won't have to wake up at the ungodly hour of 8am to get breakfast. i got lots of chocolate too. heh. gonna get so fat!!! they call it the freshmen fiftteen. as in 15 pounds that u put on during ur 1st yr in college. haha. gotta go running sometime soon. but it's SO cold!! can't even stand walking outside, dun talk about running.

i'm better today. talked to pple at home. got encouraging emails frm joce n clar and a letter from suang! =) and i spent time worshipping the Lord. so glad i've got nothing to do this weekend but slack and relax. haven't had much time to myself in a really long while. plus the next few weeks are gonna be crazy till final exams and hol! practiced a new song in voice lesson today. was doing 'worthy is the lamb' and i've improved!! its so weird singing frm the diaphram and opening my mouth so wide, but now i can sorta reach the higher notes! so exciting. haha. now we've moved on to 'everyday'!!! its u i live for everydayyyyy..

something i've been thinking about - whether or not to come back for jan term. it's optional,and only lasts one month. but tuition fees are free. pple say its the most fun time cuz there's much lesser pple on campus. plus i might as well get rid of another general class instead of slacking in s'pore. but.....i'll be away from my family n frens again!!! only have 2 wks in dec then gotta come back again. sigh. i don't know!! and i gotta decide soon.

i realize i've become more chinese ever since i came here. haha. it's like my DUTY to educate pple about singapore and chinese pple. =)
