Team roles and spiritual gifts

We've been filling out several surveys about how we behave in a team, how we interact with others, what spiritual gifts we bring to the table... stuff like that. I usually like doing quizzes about personality and other kinds of crap, so it was fun to fill out the pages of questions and find out my results.

Team Role: Teamworker
Co-operative, mild, perceptive and diplomatic. Listens, builds, averts friction. But indecisive in crunch situations.

Totally true. In another survey, I was the accommodating one.
The last sentence makes me laugh so hard, because we had an exercise after finding out our team roles, and all the team workers were in one group. We had to build a bridge out of magazine paper, and all the other groups were starting construction, but us team workers were busy standing around asking one another, 'what are we doing? what do we do next??' and totally panicking because we didn't have a leader telling us what to do.

My top 4 spiritual gifts: Hospitality, Exhortation, Prophecy, Pastor

I have no idea why these are my top 4, because I'm not sure I see these qualities in me.

Hospitality: To provide an open house and a warm welcome to those in need of food and lodging.
Exhortation: To minister words of comfort, consolation, encouragement, and counsel to others in such a way that they feel helped and healed.
Prophecy: To receive and communicate an immediate message of God to His people through a divinely anointed utterance.
Pastor: To assume a long-term personal responsibility for the spiritual welfare of a group of believers.

And in another survey about Evangelism Styles, I found out (no surprise) that I was most comfortable with relational evangelism - getting to know other people and building relationships and leading them to Christ through conversations and events and my life.
